  • Which server are you applying for?
  • Which position are you applying for? (Jmod/Mod/Smod)


  • How much time have you spent on the server?/How much time will you spent in the server a day?
  • Do you have any previous experience as a Moderator? (If so, where?)


  • Short Introduction/About yourself (Let us know you better!)
